Prior to becoming a personal injury attorney, I worked for the insurance companies.  They hired me to defend personal injury cases that had already reached the point of becoming lawsuits.  In the 100’s of cases I defended, I was astounded by the number of plaintiffs and their attorneys who were not working together to actively move their cases forward.  Their attorneys never taught them about their case or the importance of organization, preparation, and execution.  These three things alone can dramatically affect the value of a case.  What you learn here and at www.BraunsLaw.com could add thousands of dollars to your case and give you an immediate advantage against the enormous resources of the insurance industry.

This observation began my quest to build a law practice that would change the way personal injury law was practiced and how Americans think about personal injury attorneys.  This blog is but one part of my plan.  I am committed to empowering personal injury victims through education, whether they are my clients or someone else’s.  My passion is to help the injured have the most successful case they can possible put forward and to ensure they are fairly and fully compensated for the injuries and pain and suffering they have endured.  My purpose is to positively and powerfully represent personal injury victims by simply serving them and their families with 100% of my time and resources.
